| Only when you throw your caution to the winds can you find a cool hotel like this... Art every-freaking-where in the place, although the neighborhood; not so great. Definitely off the beaten path but only about a 30 minute walk from the Imperial Palace. The room was very European (small/sparse if you prefer plain English) but clean and livable. |
